How to make Gram Flour (Besan) Toast
Gram Flour (Besan) The one major benefit of this flour is that you can enjoy a higher dose of fiber and protein with no gluten. The flour works great for heart health and can also help with weight loss. Also it works as an exfoliant for facial scrubs and other skin problems.
Here I am preparing Besan Toast – A quick and easy to make dish to munch on
Ingredients Requires :
Gram Flour – 1 Cup
Milk Bread – 6 slices (You can opt for any other bread as per taste)
Onion – 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
Capsicum – 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
Green Chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Cabbage – 1/2 cup (shredded & optional)
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
Oil / Butter – to cook
Water – to make batter
To start, take a bowl and sieve gram flour in it.
Add all the chopped vegetables , green chili in flour and mix well.
Add water and mix well to make a pouring consistency batter.
Add salt, black pepper, fresh coriander leaves and mix well.
Take a non stick pan and toast breads from both sides.
Dip the bread in batter and toast again till it get cooked.
Serve the instant Besan toast piping hot 🙂
