How to make penne pasta

Ingredients required: –

·       Penne pasta – 200-250 gm
·       Pasta sauce – 1 tbsp
·       Onion – 2 small (grated)
·       Garlic – 4-5 (crushed)
·       Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)
·       Tomato – 1 small (grated)
·       Black ground pepper – 1 tsp (freshly crushed)
·       Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
·       Lemon juice – 1 tsp
·       Salt – as per your taste
·       Chilly flakes – as per your taste
·       Aginomotto – 1 tsp
·       Oregano – 1 ½ tsp
·       Olive oil – 1 ½ tbsp
·       Basil leaves – few to garnish
·       Water – for boiling pasta
·       Fresh coriander leaves

Procedure: –

·       First of all boil pasta with water till they are tender boil (don’t overcook the pasta it will break)
·       After 10-15 min drain water of pasta through basket.
·       Now take deep pan pour oil in it add onion, garlic, ginger and black ground pepper and sauté for 2-4 minutes.
·       Now add penne pasta and other species like oregano, basil leaves, chilly flakes, Aginomotto and salt and mix well
·       Now add pasta sauce and tomato ketchup and again mix well then, add lemon juice and mix.
·       And now, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and basil leaves.
·       Pasta is ready take out in a dish and serve hot.

Tips: –

·       Don’t increase amount of lemon juice as it make your dish sour in taste.
·       Also don’t add more ketchup otherwise pasta will be more sweet in taste.
